Safety and reporting
How reports work. Long-press a message, or open a profile, take or review, and tap Report. When you report a message, your phone sends us that message or picture so we can confirm the report is real. Nobody at Fluffer looks at reported content: the checks are automatic.
Child safety. Fluffer is for adults only, and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and the sexual exploitation of children. Every profile picture and every picture or video frame that someone reports is checked automatically against known CSAM using Microsoft PhotoDNA. A match is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires, and the account is closed. We also report any other apparent child sexual exploitation we become aware of. If you believe a child is in danger, contact your local police, and report it to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org. Child-safety contact: safety@fluffer.app.
Automatic suspensions. If reports from three different people are verified within 30 days, the account is suspended for 7 days. For threats, a minor's safety or intimate images shared without consent, it takes two. Repeat suspensions can have no end date. You can appeal each suspension once in the app, except a suspension for child sexual abuse material.
Intimate images shared without consent. If an intimate image or video of you is on Fluffer without your consent (including one made or edited with AI), or one of someone you're authorized to act for, you can ask us to remove it. You don't need a Fluffer account.
- In the app: report the profile, take, comment or message.
- By email: takedown@fluffer.app
Include your physical or electronic signature (typed is fine); enough information for us to find it (a link, username or description); a short statement that you believe in good faith it was shared without consent, with anything that supports this; and how we can contact you. We remove valid requests within 48 hours and make reasonable efforts to remove identical copies. For end-to-end encrypted messages we can't see, we delete the encrypted copies we hold and act on the account that shared it.
Blocking stops someone from messaging or calling you.
If you're in danger, call your local emergency number.
