Delete your Fluffer account
Delete your account and data in the app, or by email if you no longer have it.
In the app: open Fluffer, tap your profile picture, then Delete Account, and confirm. It happens right away.
Without the app: email privacy@fluffer.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm it's you and delete your account within 30 days, and tell you when it's done.
#What's deleted
Your account, profile and profile picture, username, library (patterns, vibetracks and folders), toy names and settings, tip history, friends and groups, encrypted chat backups and cloud files, app data, Remote API keys and notification registrations. Your public Fluffer Audio takes and comments and your Store reviews are deleted too. This can't be undone.
#What we keep
- Safety records, such as reports, suspensions and reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, for as long as safety and the law require (see our Privacy Policy).
- Message delivery records with no content, until they expire (up to 90 days).
- Backups, until they expire (up to 30 days).
Messages you've already sent stay with the people you sent them to.
#Only want to remove some data?
- Tip history: Tip4Fuel → Tip Statistics → Keep tip history.
- An app's data: Settings → Apps with access.
- Anything else: email privacy@fluffer.app.
